This is the privacy policy for creatori (creatori.uk).
What we collect
When you connect with TikTok we receive your public identifier (open ID), display name, username and profile picture. With the profile permission we may also receive your public profile link, your bio and whether your account is verified. That's all. We don't ask for or receive your password, your messages, or the right to post anything on your account.
Separately, you give us your city, a short description, your categories and, optionally, links to other accounts. You also give us an email address, which is never shown publicly.
Payments
If you subscribe to Featured, payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. From Stripe we receive your email, the TikTok username you enter at checkout, and the status of your subscription. Payment records are kept for as long as UK accounting rules require.
What we do with it
Your name, city, description, categories, photo and links appear on your public page in the directory — that is what you signed up for. We use your email only to contact you about your listing.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to anyone. We don't use it for advertising. We don't post anything on your behalf. We don't track what you do on TikTok.
How long we keep it
For as long as your page is in the directory. The token from connecting with TikTok deletes itself after one hour — we only use it once, to confirm the account is yours.
Deletion
Write to us and we'll remove your page immediately, no questions asked and no reasons required. The contact address is in the site footer.
Cookies
We use a single technical cookie during sign-up, to remember that you connected with TikTok. The payment page is hosted by Stripe and sets its own cookies. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
